Our office values your time. Likewise, we expect our patients to be punctual, as well as offer at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Some procedures may require more notice, as will be explained to the patient at the time of scheduling.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or failed appointment fee if the patient fails to cancel within the requested time period. We also reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you do not arrive at your scheduled time. We believe this will provide all of our patients with timely appointments and will help us better serve your needs.
We love treating children and our doctors and entire staff are experienced, patient, and great with kids. We look forward to giving your children a wonderful outlook on the dentist and the health of their mouth for a lifetime. Please keep in mind that when a parent is being treated children may not be in the operatory room with you. Additionally, all children under the age of 8 must have a supervising adult with them in the waiting room. Children over 8 may sit in the waiting room on their own but our staff cannot be responsible for them, as they may be distracted. We have nothing but the safety of your children in mind.
INSURANCE & BILLING
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Dr. Jeff DiMariano does not participate in Health Management Organizations, however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans through Care Credit and in-office interest-free payment plans for Orthodontics. Please speak with our staff for details. We are happy to file insurance claims for any patient.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Care Credit.
Our office is Delta Dental Premier providers and in-network providers for Met Life and Aetna. However, we can bill any non-HMO insurance. Please call our office to have any of your insurance questions answered.
It is the patients’ responsibility to understand their insurance policy and benefits. The patient is expected to pay their estimated portion at the time services are provided, as well as pay any balance remaining after insurance is collected. All emergency services performed without prior financial arrangements must be paid for in full at the time services are provided.
